Carb loading on the Leadville Podcast
I’m not sure why they keep asking me back, but the lads at the Leadville 100 Mountain Bike Race Podcast had me on the show recently to discuss pre-race carb loading. The show is a lot of fun and I encourage you to become a regular listener.

Reverse dieting at GoodRX
Reverse dieting was invented by bodybuilders to help them transition from ultra-low calorie diets to “normal” calorie levels without torquing their metabolisms. Does it work? Well, it doesn’t not work, but there’s not really any science behind it. Either way, it’s an interesting topic and worth the read.
