Hey NPB Athletes -
I apologize for missing last week. A minor water bottle malfunction on my flight to scenic Boulder, Colorado resulted in the death of my MacBook Pro. Tragically, this left me without the means to provide you with your weekly dose of snarky nutrition intel.
That said, robbed of my trusty second brain, I had no choice but to 100% focus on the sports nutrition workshop I was attending. This means I served my client better, learned more, and got more sleep. (Funny how that works.)
Whether that was worth the two large I lost because Apple doesn’t make a Gore-Tex laptop remains to be seen, but I like to take the Pollyanna route whenever possible.
