Interesting (as usual), Denis. How do you take your beta alanine? Pills or powder?

Thanks, Todd. Currently, I'm more in a NO (beetroot) groove, but when I'm supplementing beta alanine, I use Beachbody Performance Energize (powder) on workout days and beta alanine pills on non-workout days.

Funny, because on long rides I do both! My first bottle is about 2/3 beet juice, one-third water, and the second has Energize in it (only about a half-scoop), along with some hydration powder. I did just take delivery of some BA powder, and will start daily supplementation of that, to see what difference it makes. I've been putting creatine in my recovery drink for about a month now, and things seem to be going well. As always, thanks for the well-researched advice.
