I take them individually. For the Mag and BG, I use NOW Foods sups. For the protein, I use Beachbody Performance, Ladder, or "real" food, like eggs or Greek yogurt.
Where is it you explain why water is not absorbed as efficiently as water with minerals because the latter engages two cell membrane pumps whilst the former only one. I know that is a wretched paraphrasing of the facts but I’m hoping you’ll know what I’m looking for.
What’s your take on Ketone Ester useage? Was thinking about trying for hot long rides like Gibraltar!
