Denis, is nutritional yeast a good source of BCAAs?

Thanks -- my basic recovery meal usually is a big ol' glass of water with two tablespoons each of collagen and of nutritional yeast stirred in that I gulp down, accompanied by a banana, and a bowl of non-fat greek yogurt with fruit (usually blueberries), granola and a bit o' honey or maple syrup. So in total I think I'm getting the requisite amount of protein -- but was wondering if the NY was a particularly rich source of BCAAs, or if I should be looking to another source.
