Many sports drink will be transparent about this information--they tend to brag about it in blog posts and tell you why they're concentration is best. Most of the stuff you buy at 7-11 is probably isotonic or hypertonic.
One trick is to look at the calories per serving. Two of my favorite hypotonic sports drinks, Skratch Sport Hydration and Beachbody Performance Hydrate run about 80 calories for 16 ounces. By comparison, Powerade is isotonic and it's 80 calories for 12 ounces.
I'm not saying that's a perfect science, but it'll get you close enough.
